So far, my experience has been excellent. The customer service was outstanding—knowledgeable staff provided thorough updates throughout the oil servicing process. It was helpful to decide whether to follow Toyota's maintenance schedule or a standard schedule. I opted for a standard schedule, and it turned out to be the right choice as the oil needed replacement. The service was completed ahead of the promised time, which was impressive.
