My VW was losing a lot of coolant, and had just fallen out of warranty. The Garage did an excellent job of the repairs, asked questions to make sure they weren't going to charge me for something that could've been covered by OEM warranty, and communicated status very clearly and effectively. They have absolutely earned my business next time I have a problem with my car.
