2nd opinion by "The Garage". Because of all their efforts to help me understand what was needed and their courtesy I gave the work to them. The loaner car was available and the work took 6 days, 1 day sooner than quoted. The pricing was competitive to the dealership. Thanks guys!

Very responsive, flexible, and quick. Keep in mind, professional garages like this are not a Quickie Lube, but they’re faster than any dealership service department you’ll go to. These guys are great.

We were on our way home to Bellingham on a Saturday evening when our minivan failed to start. We had it towed to the garage on Monday and Dan said they would try to work it into their schedule as time permitted. By Tuesday afternoon Daniel called and said they had discovered a vacuum hose had become disconnected and were able to make a quick repair. They also did a thorough inspection of our vehicle and made recommendations for other work that will need some attention soon. We really appreciate the professionalism of the staff their great customer service. We would highly recommend The Garage to anyone who lives near Renton.

Amazing customer care and seriously a "heaven sent" and I say this because our hotel has only one mini van shuttle that we rely on for our guests.
