I’m fairly new to the WA area and just moved to Newcastle. It was just about time to get my car’s oil change, and when I called to make an appointment, Dan answered and was patient enough to answer all my questions and even clarify when asked!! I went to drop off my car, and they provided a digital inspection for me to review my car’s work/status before I went to pick up the vehicle. I will most definitely be sure to come back!!!

My Mercedes Benz c250 was smoking hot ,literally. I was very concerned because I knew that was a huge problem. I called them and they took me in the next day to look at my car. It took them a day to fix my car and they did a fabulous job. The service tech who worked in the front desk even showed me what they did on my car. I would say their work here is very clean, and professional. The price was also very fair. This place is always very busy but that’s because they do a thorough job and because of that myself and other customers are pleased with the results. Thank you the garage of renton staff!!

Wow, are these guys ever the antidote for big dealerships! Tony and his Mechanics do a thorough job, go the extra mile, always say “We can do that” and DO! I came to them after taking my Subarus solely to Subaru Dealerships for decades. I never felt as comfortable at those places as I do with Renton Garage. They’ve been able to resolve the little things the big guys never could, especially electrical. Also, they have such a great relationship with the other Business Owners in their Auto Plaza that I don’t have to go looking elsewhere else for anything from a catalytic converter to a car detailing! They each specialize so you get the best of the best all in one place. This is the best kept secret in Renton for car Owners.

Very honest and the pricing is fair. Not pushy at all. They'll even pick you up when your car is done if you don't live too far away. Highly recommend.
