I brought my car in to get an aftermarket product put on my 4 runner and Tony, the owner, actually took care of me. They all were so humble and kind and did excellent work. There were several excellent things that made my experience with The Garage excellent. I was able to get my car in the same day I called to make an appointment. They performed strong analysis in a timely manner, reviewed the estimated costs with me, and then worked to make them reasonable and fair. They even got the work done on my car early. I am now working with them on creating a priority plan to get the rest of the work I need done over the next month at affordable rates. Their relationship of working together is much appreciated!.

I’m fairly new to the WA area and just moved to Newcastle. It was just about time to get my car’s oil change, and when I called to make an appointment, Dan answered and was patient enough to answer all my questions and even clarify when asked!! I went to drop off my car, and they provided a digital inspection for me to review my car’s work/status before I went to pick up the vehicle. I will most definitely be sure to come back!!!

My Mercedes Benz c250 was smoking hot ,literally. I was very concerned because I knew that was a huge problem. I called them and they took me in the next day to look at my car. It took them a day to fix my car and they did a fabulous job. The service tech who worked in the front desk even showed me what they did on my car. I would say their work here is very clean, and professional. The price was also very fair. This place is always very busy but that’s because they do a thorough job and because of that myself and other customers are pleased with the results. Thank you the garage of renton staff!!
