Super friendly employees and excellent service. I took my recently purchased Toyota Corolla in for a full inspection. All my car ended up needing was new wipers and an oil change so they waived the $149 inspection fee. Super awesome of them. I've been knickled and dimed at other mechanics in the past and totally wasn't expecting it. Great guys and a great shop

I'm happy. 2nd time back. !st time engine mounts, now serpentine belt. I've dealt with Danny, Tom, and Tony. They don't talk down to you. Nice people.

Twice I have called them at last minute with air conditioning problems. And both times they were able to squeeze me in and get the job done quickly and inexpensively. Absolutely I love this company.

Friendly staff and they seemed to be very honest. I was told I had an oil leak in the engine on the car. Had it checked out by these guys and they explained what happened. No charge because there’s was nothing wrong at the moment. Will bring the car back for future services.

I drove in 20 minutes before. I had just driven from Woodinville to Renton, with the alert chime for the parking brake, in our Ford E-150, dinging the whole way even though the parking brake was completely off. (I was just helping a friend move, and I could not face it chiming the whole way back to Snohomish! I chose The Garage simply because it was the nearest facility that was still open. And I'm glad I did! The nice manager said it could be corrected without disabling the parking brake itself. He drafted one of the mechanics to come out and take a look. In less than 10 minutes, he had me back on the road. With no charge! All this when they knew I did not live in the area, and so would not be a return customer. It was so refreshing to have such consideration and "small town" service. Thanks again!

We have been clients when it was Jays professional automotive for years. I told Tony if you don’t give us a reason to leave we won’t. We are still there. We are having to replace our beloved truck so We are getting another gas truck and a big reason is they don’t work on diesel motors they choose to be real good at what they do.
