In a day and age when businesses are trying their best to squeeze every dime they can out of their customers – because everything has a price even for the smallest service – I am delighted to a give 2 thumbs up for the service I receive at “The Garage” in Renton. Recently I felt like something might be wrong with a tire (or tires), so I pulled in (without an appointment) and I received what I considered 5-star customer service. The gentleman checked not only the tire I was concerned about, but took, the time to check all the way around the car, let me know what he thought the problem was, made sure the tire pressure was correct in every tire, without charge. I knew I was having a problem with my emergency brake and also my braking system and “asked” for an appointment. I brought it in, they took care of everything within the day. Nothing was done until they called and gave me an estimate (turns out it was cheaper than expected) and sent me on my way feeling safe, secure, and that my business was appreciated. As a woman that, in my opinion, is just the best.
