I’ve been having car issues for sometime now. I brought my car to the dealership thrice but the problem still kept coming back! The worst thing happened when my car didn’t start properly when I was about to leave a parking lot. It kept puttering and shaking. I had it towed to my house and did some research where is the best place to bring it to. Found The Garage in Renton which was just 5mins away from my house and has amazing ratings. Take note, I never brought my car to other mechanic but the dealership. They had full schedule but still squeezed me in so I can leave my car with them. Very open communication on the prices and my car’s issues. Fair price and they are very accommodating. They even checked my coolant and told me to just bring it in if my temp sign comes up. Mini Cooper owners, I’m sure you’re having the same issues as I am so don’t hesitate to bring your car to this place! Daniel kept in touch with me and they even gave me a loaner car for a day to make sure I make it to work! You guys are awesome! Not planning on bringing my car or having anyone else touch it but this team! Again, my outmost appreciation of your customer service and overall car service!

The staff was great. They did what I asked for, which was a pre-buy inspection. I specified it was a diesel truck when I made the appointment. That’s not one of their specialties so when they found a suspect item they referred me to a diesel shop and discounted my charge. I thought they were reasonable and fair, but they really ought to tell folks to go to a diesel shop for a diesel pre-purchase.
