The Garage always takes good care of my car whenever I bring it in. Thorough maintenance, trustworthy, great customer services with a caring staff and I know that I can keep my car running smoothly on the road for many years to come.

My friend referred me to this place and I can say that these guys have exceptional customer service let by Daniel at the reception/check in desk. My car was shaking when I slow down and when idling. They flushed my transmission and replaced my spark plugs at what I think was a very reasonable rate because it was about two thirds what Toyota of Kirkland was quoting for the same job. The shaking was completely gone when I drove out of the garage, unfortunately some slight shaking returned a few days later but I think they did their best. My car is a bit old (2009) and it is possible that there might be other issues. They invited me to return so they could take a second look but I haven't gone only because it is a bit far and I have to be at my job during their hours of business. I would recommend them confidently, they get a five star rating from me.

It was easy breezy working with Rob at The Garage. My car broke down and they had it assessed and fixed within a couple of days. Great friendly and laid back customer service. He was really good at explaining what was wrong with the car and gave me options on how to move forward. All in all a great experience. I highly recommend this shop!

I very rarely write reviews, but this place is worth the review. I drive from Everett to take my cars here. They do an excellent job for a very fair price. They are upfront with what you need done to your car and more importantly what you don't need done. I cannot recommend The Garage enough.
