I've been using this shop for years for everything from oil changes to regular maintenance and repairs. I started driving back to the shop after moving to Seattle because I trust them to do a good job, be honest with necessary work, and help me plan for the things to monitor for future repairs. I'd recommend everyone use this shop.

My car was in and out and the guys even tried to replace my key fob battery but they didn’t have the battery on hand. Thanks for trying though!

I’ve been very impressed with this garage after just a few visits. I’ve known Daniel (at the Front Desk) for many years and I consider him a friend. Our relationship has developed over the years because of trust and good care. The service The Garage in Renton has provided has been very good- from major engine services to minor inspections. You can trust them, they are friendly, reasonably priced and they do good work- isn’t that what we all want? They also have a cozy, clean seating area- another plus!

I was introduced to Tony at The Garage in Renton by a friend. I brought in a work truck that had been to other mechanics recently. These other mechanics spent a lot of my money throwing expensive parts at my truck without solving the issues. Tony went beyond just reading the computer codes and swapping out parts. He did some old school critical analysis and found the issues that had been missed by the other mechanics. After spending plenty of money at other shops with no success, Tony was able to identify the issues and resolve them quickly and inexpensively. The truck runs great now for the first time in quite a while. Tony is now my "go to" mechanic.

I recently purchased a 2007 Lexus GX 470 with almost 100K miles on it. It had a couple of owners before me and had basic services on the regular. However pushing 100K miles and no records of the timing belt and water pump being changed I decided to take care of this before I had any issues. I live in shoreline but couldn’t find any shops around me with very good reviews. I found The Garage in Renton and was impressed with their reviews. After a couple of conversations on the phone with the manager Daniel I made the drive down to drop my Lexus off. Before I left the shop I asked if he could do a courtesy inspection of the whole vehicle. He called me later on to tell me that it had a few other issues(leaking radiator, crank/cam seals)besides the timing belt and water pump. They addressed all the issues and also replaced the plugs/wires while everything was apart. I spent far more than I originally planned on but I have piece of mind now knowing that my Lexus will be good to go for at least another 100K. I would highly recommend them to anyone with a small or big job.
