Excellent. Needed an assessment of a car I was looking to buy, and I don't live in the area. They agreed to help me out on a day's notice, assessed the car in the time frame we needed (and faster than they originally estimated) and provided an immediate and very useful assessment. Very pleased; customer service was clearly a focus of this shop.
