I was needed to replace the side-view mirror of Honda and was in a hunt for a shop that provides service at a reasonable price. I went to a different shop before I came here, and at the other shop, the estimated amount they gave me to fix my mirror went up every time I return the store, from $180.00 to $400.00+. But when I came to The Garage, I only visited once and was provided a reasonably estimated amount to fix the car. I am so glad that I came here instead of the other shop. I highly recommend the crew at the Renton location, and shoutout to Daniel Brakus, the service manager for excellent service. I will come back as needed for my car!

Today I brought my Honda CR-V in for repair service to The Garage in Renton, after months of research and calls to five other garages. I was treated with respect and given A+ customer service, the service manager shared valuable information that I would need today and going forward with upcoming repair visits and what to expect. HONEST. I have had the engine light come on, on my Kia Forte. I have took it to 2 autor repair places and they tell me the same thing... to get a new gas cap! I’ve even brought it to a family friend mehchanic!! I bought one and drove it, they erased the light but it came back on within the hour. I was giving my last hope to The Garage In Renton because I read amazing reviews. I was skeptical because I didn’t want to blow more money than I already have. They called me with excellent news that they found the problem. I was happy to hear because I figured they’d tell me the same things as the other 3 places. They’re honest about the problems your vehicle has and will take care of the problem as soon as possible. I don’t ever want to go to another place but here. They are very friendly and will keep you updated. Next time my car or a friend or family’s car has a problem, this will be my recommendation for sure. Their prices are excellent. PLEASE COME HERE YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT. Their whole team is absolutely amazing.
