They have good customer service, provide accurate to timeline for how long your fix will take, tell you what needs to be fixed now and what doesn't really need it, tell you how to keep your car running well, and have after hours drop off. Also, if you don't know anything about cars they still treat you like the intelligent human being that you are.

As always, very helpful in taking care of my 2003 Subaru. They were going to replace an idle control value, but since the error code had not come back on, they cleaned the current part instead. This helped to save me a lot since it would have an expensive part to replace. I really appreciate that they do such good work and are very straight forward in what my car actually needs.
