This shop, Tony, Rob and the technician are great to work with. When the car was repaired and left the shop, but started running rough again, the got us back into the shop and replaced a defective part that was installed and got us back on the road again in a timely manner with absolutley no "up-sell". We are impressed with the professionalsism. We have a shop that we can now take our vehicles to and feel comfortable with.

Had Tony do a pre-purchase inspection on a prospective auto purchase. His team did a very thorough job checking out the car and found several major items I wouldn't have seen. Saved us from making a bad decision. Tony was honest and straight forward. If I ever need another inspection like this in the future and am in the Renton area I would not hesitate to use The Garage again.

I was in the market for a new shop as the one I had been using for years closed. I called and stopped by to speak with Rob before committing and expressed concerns that I may have. We dropped my daughters car off and they diagnosed and repaired it, but something wasn't still quite right with the car and Rob and Tony both said bring it back and that they would make sure the was all right. I did and they stood behind their work and now the car is running as good as ever. I appreciate a shop that isn't about the "up sell" and are all about quality. The technichan even called and asked me about things that I had done prior just to make sure we were on the same page. The technician was outstanding and the customer service we received from everyone there exceeded my expectations. I believe I have found a place I can take my family's vehicles and not lose sleep.
