As always, great service. I called in the morning with a service light issue, we've been watching some things, and they managed to squeeze my car, determine the issue, which was fortunately not a big one, and get it repaired by the end of the day. I am so grateful because I'm going out of town this weekend and could not be without my car. Such a great team, I really appreciate they try to do what they can on such short notice.

Honesty! A very pleasant experience. I brought in my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude due to no crank/no start. It turned out to be a simple issue they quickly identified to get me back on the road in no time. I will definitely return to The Garage for auto maintenance needs. They gave me a comprehensive review of the car issues and suggested estimates very thoroughly. I found the overall engagement a great one with clarity on the work to be performed.

Always support your local businesses. First let me say these guys seemed great, friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend them. And now… the rest of the story. I brought my truck if for wheel and steering issues. That being said… with the “inspection” photos were provided to show that indeed the steering rack was leaking and the engine was leaking. However, when it came to the issue I came in for… I have no doubt they diagnosed the failing wheel bearing correctly but if it’s bad enough that they recommend that I not even drive it home. For this roughly $2K estimate (I have no issue on the price) there were no photos of the failing bearing. I’m sure there are good reasons for this I just thought it seemed careless. Maybe a new tech. Maybe just something that slipped through the cracks with the pressure of turning those vehicles lifts. In any event I kwould recommend them. The best customer is an educated customer. Don’t be afraid to ask questions. If something doesn’t make sense? Ask. Communication is the key, like with any relationship.
