Initially I had our car brought in for a repair, the engine was making a loud grinding noise. Jamie was very helpful and diagnosed the issue the repairs were expensive but needed to be done. After a few days in the shop our car was brought home, it appeared to be working fine. The next weekend I started the car and the grinding noise was back and worst than ever. I dropped off the car and left a note regarding the noise, then had to fly out of town. Tony called me on Monday and told me the compressor had failed, but not to worry he would take care of it under warranty. All repairs were completed and no more issues. Tony and his team are extremely helpful, pleasant to work with and I trust this shop completely. It is really nice to know there are still some Honest shops out there!!
